SECOND STAGE – WINE TOUR (NOTO -SR)
The Agricultural Society Zisola is mainly targeted at indigenous varieties of the area In addition to the special interest is the Wine Extra Virgin Olive Oil produced by cultivar Moresca, and
Nocellara Etnea Ogliarola Messina. The small but efficient winery, built with care in the main beam of the estate, is equipped with stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature of the overall
capacity of 1,000 hectoliters, for winemaking, and 200 French oak barrels for wine aging .
The tour of the cellars will be accompanied by a tasting of 4 wines and a lunch:
– Rustic appetizers (dry sausage, cheese, dried seeds tomatoes, green olives pate, olives seasoned “products from companies close to us adopting selective criteria”).
– Homemade pasta with extra virgin olive oil production.
– Mixed Omelettes (beans, peas, onion, potato, or other seasonal field greens).

THIRD STAGE – SYRACUSE

civilization of Neapolis with its splendid Greek Theatre.
FOURTH STAGE – ORTIGIA
From Syracuse you will move towards the Ortigia peninsula where you can admire the cathedral of Santa Maria delle Colonne, built around an ancient greek temple of Athena, Fountain of
Arethusa, the Castle Maniace.
