The apartment is located in a period building renovated in 2008. (Third floor, without elevator)

Cozy, quiet and of singular beauty, it has been renovated and furnished with materials and furniture of the highest quality and taste (marble, wood and antiques). With independent access it is connected to the main house from which it receives additional services on request.

In addition, during the festivities of Sant’Agata (from 2 to 5 February), from the balconies of the main house overlooking Via Etnea, it is possible to attend the procession of wagons. It consists of a small entrance and distribution hall, a double bedroom, a living room with kitchenette complete with dishes, a comfortable dining table with adjustable dimensions, wardrobe and sofa that can be transformed into 2 additional beds, TV, wireless connection and full bathroom.

Bright and airy, the rooms are air-conditioned. An internal staircase leads to a large terrace and solarium equipped from where you can admire the roofs and domes of the historic churches, the port and the importance of Etna. Furniture and spaces allow amplex comfort to arrange luggage and clothing.
